I’m Cara Wagner, and I created Strategic Tactics with Cara, LLC because I believe people and organizations thrive when they have the right support, the right skills, and a culture that truly matches their values. My work sits at the intersection of Motivational Interviewing, coaching, consulting, and culture development—because real change doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens when people feel heard, supported, and equipped to take the next step.

Whether I’m coaching a leader, facilitating a training, or helping an organization navigate a culture shift, my focus is always on practical implementation.
